Welcome to hiartx.com. This website is undergoing some major changes as I merge my art website and this website together in the first weeks and months of 2012.
On this website, I attempt to organize my thoughts, artwork, and writings (essays, notes, conjectures, etc.) around a large number of topics, a complete list of which can be found in the site index. For more details about this website, visit the about page. For a short biographical sketch of the author of this site, Anthony Peter Iannini, visit my bio page.
A small sampling of the available topics on this site is listed on the upper right of this page. Herein, I merge artistic expression, random loose notes, and some formal academic writing in a way that allows me a free forum to express my analytic and freely formed ideas about anything from politics to space.
Many more web pages on this site can be found in the site index or the site map or just by clicking through some of the topics listed above. For more in-depth information about hiartx, please visit the about hiartx.com page.
It should be noted that this website is a work in progress and at the periphery of many pages and topics, there is much editing and rewriting to be done. Many pages are long, complete, and polished while others are just being born and exist as empty shells to be filled. Where possible, I try to make note of work that needs to be done. But, as this site expands, the editting and content required to polish it inflates as well..
Feel free to contact me at apiannini@yahoo.com concerning anything on this site.

For anyone who has a hard time reading this text, the "zoom in" function under "View" (in Mozzilla Firefox, for instance) can be helpful. On this site, because of the black background theme, proper paragraphs are often split up into smaller sections for ease of reading. No meaning is lost and, while not entirely proper, it looks much better.
The small icons to the right of this text are links to social networking and social bookmarking websites that you may belong to or may be of interest. Roll your mouse cursor over any icon to see a text box about that site link.
This site is best viewed and was mainly designed for the Mozilla Firefox web browser at a minimum resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels. Click on any one of the browser icons to the right to go to that browser's download page or move your mouse cursor over any icon below to see a text box with the name of the particular browser program.
For the few years this site has developed since its creation in late 2009, I have intentionally remained the sole author of its content. This is intended to offer my particular viewpoint on various topics that is reflective of a single mind's unique and independent interpretation. This shunning of democratic knowledge is intended to show that in certain areas of discourse, it is undesirable to end up with the most widely believed viewpoint rather than what may be a less widely believed truth.
Democratic sources of information are riddled with shortcomings and laden with the censorship when it concerns controversial ideas about the world, our government, human nature, politics, alien life, conspiracies, and other subjects where the mainstream is often simply repeating the propaganda they have been fed in the media or in academia. Encyclopedias are ususally written by "experts" who author specific entries. This is perhaps the best we can do though experts are often wrong also, given enough time for new experts to refute the old experts.
These people have spent lives studying their field of interest and in domains like science, history has been a cycle of fundamental revolutions of what is considered "true". Sites like Wikipedia are edited by whoever wants to do so with some restrictions. It is written by people who may be any number of types that range from those with a passing interest to experts to those with an agenda such as special interests or governments that can send groups of editors to manipulate and censor content.
