This piece has many meanings and subjects, each depending highly on which way you see it.

In one gestalt image, there is a praying gecko, with its tail wrapped up. In another view, there is a shy sproutling, covering its face. And, thirdly, there is a wild-eyed beast and a sad face.

Metaphysics deals with the underlying or real causes of things we observe in reality; be it mental, internal reality or empirical reality.

This has always been an interesting subject for me, though I am skeptical how much we have access to such truths and, even moreso, about our ability to effectively communicate such information.
